No matter your health or wellness goals, the YMCA’s small group training program can provide you the support and motivation you need to reach them. Each personal trainer at the YMCA has a commitment to you and a passion for our mission to help our community thrive.

We offer Small Group Training at Simi Valley YMCA & Yarrow Family YMCA.

Sometimes, you just need a trainer guiding your fitness program to get the best workout possible!
Small groups consist of 2-4 members, one-time per week with a trainer. 
This is a paid program and requires an active YMCA membership. This cost is additional to your monthly dues

  • 3 x per week: $180/month

Gravity Training Circuit, Fusion, Strength

  • 1 x per week: $120/month
  • 2 x per week: $220/month
  • 3 x per week: $270/month
