MY Y STORY
“I walked in with my daughter hoping to find her something, anything nice. I had previously saved $60 to buy her a new prom dress as she has never owned a new dress for any occasion before. She has always had to borrow. As we were walking around, my daughter saw this beautiful, brand-new gown with the tags still on. When she tried it on, it fit perfectly. She did not leave with just that dress, but 2 other ones to attend additional events, all for free. It meant the world to us. We actually came back later with some shoes and jewelry to donate, hoping another teen could feel as special as we did.” - Anonymous Mother
MY Y STORY
“We were not sure how we were going to afford a suit for our son to go to his senior prom. We are so grateful for this event, as we found an entire outfit for him. Thank you, YMCA” - Mom of High School Senior
