FITNESS FACILITIES
Our Fitness Facilities offer a variety of cardio and strength equipment, indoors and outdoors! We are currently open at Simi Valley YMCA and Yarrow Family YMCA.
GROUP X CLASSES
From low-impact exercise, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, yoga and aquatics classes, the Y has an option to help you reach your health and wellness goals.
ON-DEMAND CLASSES
We understand that life happens! We offer a variety of On-Demand classes that you can take at any time, 24 hours a day!
PERSONAL TRAINING
No matter your health or wellness goals, the YMCA’s personal training program can provide you the support and motivation you need to reach them. Each personal trainer at the YMCA has a commitment to you and a passion for our mission to help our community thrive.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
LET US HELP YOU REACH YOUR FITNESS GOALS! You have the choice to sign up for either once or twice a week for small group training. We also offer Virtual Small Group Training that includes 3 sessions per week.

VIRTUAL Y
You can stay connected online, while in the comfort of your home! We offer a variety of LIVE classes with Y instructors via our virtual platform!
