Fitness 4 You: 12-Week Personal Fitness Program
Included with your Membership!
We are here to help you make exercise a habit. This program incorporates the cardiovascular and strength training machines in our workout center. You personal fitness coach will help you set attainable goals and monitor your progress over the course of the 12 weeks.
The 12 Week Personal Fitness Program includes:
· One-on-one appointments with your fitness coach every three weeks
· Easy to follow fitness program
· Instruction on how to properly use the equipment in the fitness center
· A Fitlinxx account to guide and track all your workouts
· Follow up appointments as needed
Fitlinxx Training
This computerized program is the ultimate marriage of technology and fitness. It allows our fitness staff to program an electronic personal trainer to orientate you on how to properly use all of our equipment and help you meet specific goals and objectives. This system keeps track of your seat setting; weight lifted, and range of motion. Fitlinxx also allows you to earn points towards rewards to help keep you motivated. This technology is included with your Membership!
Personal Training
Individuals interested in personal attention and extra motivation during each workout should consider personal trainer. Personal trainers will help you develop a workout that is geared towards your specific goals. Sessions can be scheduled anytime that is convenient to the personal trainer and the member.
Cancer Survivor Exercise Program
This program is designed for adult cancer survivors who have become de-conditioned or chronically fatigued from treatment and/or disease. We offer a small and intimate group setting that creates a supportive environment to enrich physical health and fitness. Our goal is to help patients build muscle mass and muscle strength, increase flexibility and endurance, and improve overall functional ability. This program is recommended for patients who have recently finished their cancer treatment. This 12 week program will be offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm.
